List of multiple Winter Olympic medalists

Since 1924 medals were awarded in 22 Olympic Winter Games. The first Winter Olympic Games were held in 1924 in Chamonix, the last in 2014 in Sochi.

The most successful participants at the Olympic Winter Games is the Norwegian biathlete Ole Einar Bjørndalen. The most gold medals at a single host won the American speed skater Eric Heiden with five gold medals at the Olympic Winter Games in Lake Placid in 1980. Depending four gold medals collected Ole Einar Bjørndalen 2002 in Salt Lake City and the Soviet speed skater Lidiya Pavlovna Skoblikowa 1964 in Innsbruck.
