Until the music market issued December 1960, the charts still bore the title of the previous month. The December 1960 issue therefore included the charts for November 1960. With the January 1961, this changed, however, and you named the charts after the current month, so Januar 1961. Therefore omitted from the charts for the month of December 1960.
