List of premiers of Saskatchewan

This list outlines the Prime Minister (English premier ) of the Canadian province of Saskatchewan since its founding in 1905. Saskatchewan has a unicameral parliament with one based on the Westminster parliamentary system government. Here, the prime minister is also the chairman of the party that holds the most seats in the Legislative Assembly. The Prime Minister acts as head of government, while the Head of State, the Canadian monarch, by a Vice Governor ( lieutenant governor ) is represented. Moreover, the Prime Minister from among the elected members, together referred to as the Executive Government and is this before.

Prior to 1905, Saskatchewan was a part of the Northwest Territories. It was before 1897 governed by a Lieutenant Governor from 1897 to 1905 by the Prime Minister of the Northwest Territories.
