List of The Simpsons comics

The list of Simpsons Comics includes all the comic series The Simpsons. All of the following comic series published by Bongo Comics. In Germany they were issued by the Dino -Verlag, and since 2003 he has been adopted by Panini Comics.

Current Comic Series

Simpsons Comics

The Simpsons Comics appear to date monthly and are the first Simpsons comic series. The first issue was published on 29 November 1993 in the United States. The German edition was published on 6 November 1996. In June 2013, it celebrated its 200th issue in Germany.

Bart Simpsons Horror Show

The Bart Simpsons Horror Show comics appear every year since 1995 in the fall as a Halloween edition and are based on the Treehouse of Horror in the TV series. The Bart Simpsons Horror Show comics artist are most active, which usually write no Simpsons stories.

Bart Simpson Comics

The Bart Simpson Comics has been around since 2000. This series is intended more for children and is not just about Bart Simpson but also of other characters.

Simpsons Super spectacle

When appearing since 2005 series Simpsons Super spectacle superhero comics are mainly parodies. More often than not there Radioactive Man or the cake man.

Simpsons Winter & summer swirl Sause

Since 2008, published annually in the winter, the winter vortex comics. In it, there are also stories that go with the season. e.g. Christmas. The same is true also for the first time, appearing in 2008 summer bash comics.

The best of the Simpsons

The best of the Simpsons (in the U.S.: Simpsons Illustrated) is the successor of the Simpsons Classics and also prints stories from older Staple.

One Shots

Since 2012 in the U.S. and since 2013 in Germany, the One Shots Comic series is published. These are individual comics about various supporting characters of the series as Ralph Wiggum, Milhouse Van Houten, Homer Simpson as a child or Maggie Simpson.

Former comic series

Simpsons Illustrated

The Simpsons Illustrated magazine and was the first ancestor of the Simpsons comics. The magazine published alongside comics and articles, interviews and news about the series.

Simpsons Comics and Stories

In Simpsons Comics and Stories, it was a single comic book of Simpsons Illustrated. It was later replaced by the Simpsons comics.

Bartman, Itchy & Scratchy and Radioactive Man Comics

The Bartman comics were released in 1993 and reached only six issues. Also published the short-lived Itchy & Scratchy Comics, and the Radioactive Man comics. The Radioactive Man comics were an allusion to typical comics of the 50s. Radioactive Man fights against his communist arch-nemesis Dr. crab but also allusions to the prohibition of EC Comics can be found. In Germany, the stories of these three series were published in Simpsons Comics.

Krusty Comics

The Krusty Comics were already originally planned on three issues. In the three issues is about the rise and fall of Krustyland but other stories have been published. In the U.S., the first issue was published in January 1995 and in Germany in February 2001.

Lisa comic

The Lisa was a single comic book that was reduced to 2500 copies. In the U.S., it came out in April 1995. Germany followed until the year 2006.

The Simpsons Futurama Crossover Crisis

This series concerned about a clash of characters from Futurama and the Simpsons. In Germany the first two parts in Futurama Comics # 10 and 11 The other two parts published in a separate comic published. In the U.S., the story appeared in two booklets own.

Simpsons Classics

The Simpsons Classics were reprints of the first Simpsons Comics spending. After thirty spending the Classics were replaced by the series "The Best of The Simpsons ".

The death of the comic type

The death of the comic type, an allusion to the series The day died of the Superman, was a five -piece in the U.S. and three-part series in Germany.
