List of The West Wing episodes
The series The West Wing is about the daily life of the U.S. President and his Advisors in the White House during the presidency of Josiah Bartlet fictitious. A total of 154 episodes were produced in seven seasons. The series ran from 1999 to 2006 at the NBC.

Season 1
The first season begins in the middle of the first year in office of President Josiah Bartlet. The White House is shown here as powerless and dependent on Congress and the Senate, which must make a number of compromises with respect to election promises. This phase ends with the episode "Let Bartlet be Bartlet " decide in Leo and the President to defend important laws, even if they should lose their votes. The First Lady Leo McGarry opened just before the State of the Nation that the President was suffering from MS. The season ends with an assassination attempt at a public event in Rosslyn, Virginia.
Season 2
The second season begins with the assassination of right-wing terrorists on President Bartlett. This, as well as Josh Lyman are injured and admitted to a hospital. Meanwhile, the Republican Ainsley Hayes is hired as a legal consultant who Sam Seaborn has massacred in a talk show. Leo and Toby decide that they want to prepare the President for re-election, after which the First Lady reacts angrily. At the end of the season the senior staff learns of the MS disease of the President and to prepare for a parliamentary inquiry.
Season 3
The President declared at a press conference that he was suffering from MS and a candidate despite his illness for a further term. Then the consultant staff of the President of a hearing must undergo in Congress. Despite the investigation, the President prepares for his re-election and has to decide about the murder of terrorists and qumarischen Minister Abdul ibn Shareef.
Season 4
The season is marked by the election campaign for the presidency, the Bartlett can clearly decide for themselves. Towards the end of CJ Cregg is threatened by a terrorist because of a snide remark about Saudi Arabia and must be protected by the Secret Service. At the end of the season the President's daughter is kidnapped, prompting Bartlett passes his authority to the Speaker of the House.
Season 5
The kidnapping of Zoey can be terminated, whereupon Bartlett again takes office. Also Bartlett has to go on a search for a Vice-President, who must be approved by Congress. At the same time Bartlett goes to Oklahoma, which was hit by a severe cyclone. Through the intervention of Josh in a vote a deputy to the Republicans running over, whereupon his skills of Leo are severely limited. Similarly, the President with a budget crisis must address, as it can not agree on a budget with the Republicans.
