Liu Chunhong

Liu Chunhong (Chinese刘春红, Pinyin Liú Chunhong, born January 29, 1983 in Yantai ) is a Chinese weightlifter of the 69 kg weight class that has internationally in 2003 and 2005 also contested in the 75 kg class competitions.

Career

Liu Chunchong comes from Yantai in the Chinese province of Shandong. She began as a teenager in the Sports School of Yantai City with Judo, but changed in 1996 with 13 years of weightlifting. The 1.65 m tall athlete qualified by good performances in the regional area in 1998 for the province of Shandong and selection came in 2002 in the Chinese national team. In the same year, she became Junior World Champion (U 20) is further used in the weight category up to 69 kg with a duel capacity of 255 kg ( 107.5 to 147.5 ) and was also in the Women's World Cup in Warsaw. In 2004, she was with a capacity of 275 kg ( 122.5 to 152.5 ) in the weight class up to 69 kg Olympic champion in front of the Hungarian Eszter Krutzler, which reached 262.5 kg ( 117.5 to 145 ).

After this triumphant victory Liu Chunhong never reached their form of 2008.
