Liu Zige
Liu Zige ( Chinese:刘 子 歌, Liú Zǐgē; born March 31, 1989 in Shanghai) is a Chinese swimmer.
Career
The national breakthrough came when she reached at the Chinese Championships in 2007 in Chongqing over 200 m butterfly the first place. Her international debut was celebrated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where they surprisingly in world record time, won the gold medal in the 200 m butterfly.
At the 2009 World Championships in Rome, she swam the 200m butterfly at her world record time in Beijing, but was still only second.
