Lius Pongoh
Liu Pongoh ( born December 3, 1960 in Jakarta ) is a former badminton player from Indonesia.
Career
Liu Pongoh won at the start of his career, the same bronze at the World Championship 1980 in the men's singles. A year later he won at the Swedish Open, also in singles. In 1982, he won there in doubles with Christian Hadinata, with whom he also won the U.S. Open in 1988. In the Badminton World Championships 1989 he retired from the men's singles in the second round. 1982 and 1986, he became Vice World Champion at the Thomas Cup with the team.
