Llandudno, Cape Town

Llandudno is a part of Cape Town in South Africa. In 2011 he had 571 inhabitants. It is located directly on the Atlantic coast and has two beaches. The name comes from the Welsh town of the same name.

However, the place is not a typical tourist as tourist facilities are lacking. There is indeed accommodations, but no restaurants or shops. Especially in the warm seasons, there is limited parking, so that at certain times the access is blocked to the site, so that quite wealthy residents are not disturbed. Within walking distance from here is the Sandy Bay Beach, an unofficial nudist beach.

Off the coast lay up to a storm in 1996 seen the wreck of the tanker Romelia, who was havariert here in 1977.
