Logan County (Nebraska)

Logan County is a county located in the state of Nebraska in the United States. The administrative headquarters ( County Seat) is Stapleton.

Geography

The County is located just west of the geographic center of Nebraska and has an area of ​​1479 square kilometers, of which 1 square kilometers of water surface. It is bordered clockwise to the following counties: Blaine County, Custer County, Lincoln County, McPherson County and Thomas County.

History

Logan County was formed in 1885. It is named after Union General John A. Logan.
