Logan Tom

Logan Maile Lei Tom ( born May 25, 1981 in Napa, California, United States) is an American volleyball and beach volleyball player. She participated in four Olympic tournaments and in 2002 Vice World Champion.

Career

Logan Tom played from 1999 to 2002 at Stanford University in California. 2002/ 03 at MRV Minas in Brazil and in 2003/04 Monte Schiavo Jesi in Italy, where the silver medal in the CEV Cup won: Since 2002, the exception player plays on different continents, where she joined the Association in each year. With the Premier League rivals Chieri Volley Club they won the 2004 /05 Top Teams Cup before they played at VBC Voléro Zurich in Switzerland in 2005 /06. 2006/ 07 they won with the Spanish club Tenerife Marichal in the Champions League the bronze medal. 2007/ 08 they played for Dynamo Moscow in Russia, 2008/09 Hisamitsu Springs in Japan, 2009/10 Asystel Novara in Italy, 2010/11 in Guangdong Evergrande in China and 2011/12 at Fenerbahçe Universal in Turkey, with the she was winner of the Champions League. Since 2012, Logan Tom plays in Brazil at Unilever vôlei.

Logan Tom debuted in 2000 with 19 years in the U.S. National Team, where she finished fourth in Sydney at the Olympic Games. She took 2004 to the Athens Olympics, finishing in fifth place here. At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, she won the silver medal. Logan Tom has participated in three World Cups, being in Germany vice-champion in 2002. She won numerous medals at the World Grand Prix, the World Cup, at the NORCECA Championships and at the Pan American Games. At the Olympic Games in London in 2012, she won the silver medal again.

In beach volleyball Logan Tom was active. 2006 and 2007, she played on the U.S. AVP Tour, among others on the side of Holly McPeak, with which she took twice on the FIVB World Tour 2007.
