Lomami River

It rises in the southern part of the DR Congo in the Katanga province. From its source, which is located north of Lundaschwelle and west of Kamina, the Lomami flows predominantly to the north. About Opala it reaches Isangi, after which it flows into the Congo.

In the lower reaches of the Lomami is navigable.
