Lombard Odier & Cie

The Banque Lombard Odier & Cie SA is a company specializing in asset management Swiss private bank and one of the 11 operating in Switzerland firms of private bankers. In German-speaking countries it also occurs under the name of Lombard Odier & Co AG. It was founded in 1796 and is the oldest private bank in Geneva. Originally founded as a partnership in Lombard, Odier & Cie, it was led by a board of nine unlimited liability of shareholders in the seventh generation.

On 4 December 2013, the limited partnership was converted into a Aktiengesellslchaft.

With assets under management of around 180 billion Swiss francs, the bank is the third largest dedicated wealth manager in Switzerland and in terms of assets under management, number five in Switzerland. The division focuses on the areas of asset management and financial products for private and institutional clients. The Bank operates with 24 offices and over 1800 employees on four continents in 18 countries.
