Lomo saltado
Lomo saltado (Spanish: literally, " Jumping meat ") is a widely used in Peru, available in restaurants dish. The central components are sliced beef, potatoes like french fries cooked, tomatoes and onions, seasoned with aji verde, a Peruvian pepper variety. It is usually served with rice.
Lomo saltado contains both the influences of the local Peruvian cuisine, the Sino- Japanese like.
