Long Beach is a town in the southwest of the U.S. state of Washington. It is located on the peninsula of Long Beach Peninsula in Pacific County. Officially, the city on 18 January 1922 founded. For the 2000 census, it had 1283 inhabitants in 660 households.

Between 1889 and 1930, traveling on the line throughout the Long Beach Peninsula, a narrow gauge railway in the Ilwaco Railway and Navigation Company. Over time, more and more people settled and it came especially near the train station for the construction of hotels and other businesses. Today, the city is attractive by facilities such as souvenir shops, boutiques, museums and other accommodation options for tourists.

In addition, Long Beach is one seen as the home of Jake the Alligator, who was said to be half human and half alligator allegedly. This is exhibited in Marsh 's Free Museum and can be visited.
