Long Island University

The Long Iceland University ( LIU ) is a network of private universities in the U.S. state of New York with two major and six other small regional locations. Currently, 28 656 students are enrolled in the various locations. The college was founded in 1926 in Brooklyn (New York City). The main office is on the C. W. Post campus.

Sports

For Long Iceland University include two sports teams: The Pioneers on CW Post campus and the Blackbirds at the Brooklyn campus. The University is a member of the Northeast Conference.
