Longkou

The city of Longkou (Chinese龙口 市) is a county-level city in east China's Shandong Province, which belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Yantai. It has an area of 893 km ² and has about 620,000 inhabitants ( 2001).

The former residence of the thing (Ding shi Guzhai丁氏 故宅) family and the site of the ancient city Guicheng ( Guicheng Chengzhi归 城城 址) from the Bronze Age are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China.
