Lönsboda

Lönsboda is a place ( tätort ) in the province of Skåne County and the historical province Scania. The place is located in the town of Osby.

History

In 1678, when Skåne was during the Scanian War of Sweden, King Charles XI. on the hunt for Snapphane destroy everything in what was then socks Örkened on April 19, 1678 ordered the slaughter of all male residents to have escaped any of these fighters.
