Loona
Loona is a Dutch music project to Marie- Jose van der Kolk ( born September 16, 1974 in IJmuiden ). By 2005 DJ Sammy was a member of the band since 2008, van der Kolk leads the project on alone.

Formation
The mid-1990s learned van der Kolk music producer and disc jockey " DJ Sammy" know for which it was initially worked as a dancer in live performance. Later van der Kolk took over as the " Carisma " vocals to the music of DJ Sammy. The first singles and debut album Life Is Just a Game published under the name " DJ Sammy feat. Carisma ". Renaming and further cooperation
After the duo the project name to " Loona " (based on span luna, moon) changed, the Euro Dance Bailando single was released, which was a cover version of the Belgian / Spanish duo Paradisio.
