Loorenkopf

The Loorenkopf is the field name of an excellent terrain at the eastern edge of the top of the Adlisberg, known by the erected there an observation tower. The town is located north of the Zurich district Witikon to 694 m in the forest.

The Loorenkopfturm is a 33 meter high wooden tower, built in 1954 by the Zurich Beautification Association. The upper platform is reached via 153 kicks. At foehn days you can see as far as the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau.
