Loose Creek is a settlement on municipal Wi area ( Unincorporated community ) in Osage County in the U.S. state of Missouri. Loose Creek is located 12.8 km east of the capital Jefferson City on U.S. Highway 50 The population of the village is predominantly Catholic.

History

The German emigrants Theodore Lock founded in 1841 with his family, a mill, which burned in 1972 and was replaced by a newer and more modern building. 1851 here, many people settled in the region around Krefeld.

The area surrounding the rural town and it is cow, pork, turkey and bird farms.
