Loppa ( Sami: Láhppi, kvenisch: Lappea ) is the westernmost municipality of the Norwegian province (county ) Finnmark.

The municipality is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. The coastline is characterized by fjords and islands. On the territory of the commune is also the Øksfjordgletscher.

Administrative seat is no longer the settlement on the eponymous island Loppa, but the place Øksfjord, whose port is also run by the ships of the Hurtigruten; smaller scattered coastal settlements are Sandland, Bergsfjord and Brynilen.
