History

Lorca Deportiva is the successor club of Lorca CF which existed from 1994 to 2002. Previously, the club already under the name Sociedad Lorca FC, ​​CD Lorca and Lorca Deportiva CF was known. Originally the club was already in 1895.

In the 2002/2003 season the club competed in the Tercera División. That same season he went on. After only three years in the Segunda División B is increased to once again, before you last but one again had to join the Segunda División B in the 2006/2007 where you currently plays for the climb.
