Lori Lieberman

Lori Lieberman ( born May 2, 1949 in Los Angeles ) is an American singer.

Lori Lieberman was for many years one in her home was like folk singer. When she heard in the 1970s Don McLean, she was very impressed by him. This she told Norman Gimbel and Charles Fox, who subsequently Killing Me Softly with His Song written. Lieberman was never really familiar with Killing Me Softly, she was only the initiator for Roberta Flack's more successful version of the song.
