Lorraine Shaw

Lorraine Amanda Shaw ( born April 2, 1968 in Gloucester) is a former British Hammer Throw.

In 1998, she won, starting for England, the silver medal at the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur.

At the World Athletics Championships in 1999 in Seville, she came to 14th place in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, she was ninth and at the 2001 World Championships in Edmonton Sixth.

In 2002, she won at the Commonwealth Games in Manchester, 2003, she was at the World Cup in Paris -Saint -Denis decades, and in 2004 she retired at the Olympic Games in Athens in qualifying.

At the end of her career, she won bronze at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

Seven times it was English champion ( 1994, 1998, 2000-2004). Your personal best of 68.93 meters, set on June 8, 2003 in Loughborough, was until 2013 a British record.
