Los Alamos (Spanish for The Poplars ) is a town in Los Alamos County, New Mexico with 12.019 inhabitants. In the city, the Los Alamos National Laboratory is where the Manhattan Project was carried out. Los Alamos is at the center in 1976, completed the same color series of the photographer William Eggleston.
