Los Umbrellos

Los Umbrellos was a Danish Latin pop group that existed from 1997 to 1999.

The band was founded by the Danish music producer Kenneth Bager in Copenhagen. As the front man acted the rapper Al Agami, who hails from the African Lado Enclave and had fled with his parents to Denmark before the dictator Idi Amin. He was assisted by the singers Mai-Britt Vingsøe and Grith Höifeldt. The debut single, No Tengo Dinero, which is based on the title Never on Sunday Manos Hadjidakis the composer, was an international hit and once the only chart single of the trio, only the only album the group was able to place in Austria and Switzerland. Three more singles missed the charts.
