The Lossa is a small river in Saxony and tributary of the trough.

Course

The Lossa just East of Wurzener local part Kühren. The Loss Abach, as inflows to Lossa Springs, east of the village Ochsensaal ( to Dahlen ). Near the Lossataler local part Müglenz the Loss Abach opens into the Lossa. The Lossa then flows northwest through Hohburg further south to the mountains Hohburger gone through the same place Lossa and Thallwitz. Just south of haste castle opens the brook in the hollow. Originally, the creek flowed a few hundred meters north of the river, but was directed into the cavity due to the conditioning of the German celluloid factory in a hurry castle in the second half of the 19th century, shortly before reaching the city limits.

In Thallwitz the stream is dammed by a small weir, so that there arises the Lord pond.
