Lothar Zagrosek

Lothar Zagrosek ( born November 13, 1942 in Otting ( Waging a.See ) ) is a German conductor.

Life

During his school years he was Director of Music at Theobald Schrems singer soloist in the cathedral choir. As such, he sang, inter alia, the first boy in the opera The Magic Flute at the 1954 Salzburg Festival. He studied conducting with Hans Swarovsky, Istvan Kertesz, Bruno Maderna and Herbert von Karajan.
