Lotus Evora

The Lotus Evora is a four-seat mid-engine sports car by British car manufacturer Lotus Cars with an engine from the Japanese manufacturer Toyota. It is the official successor to the Lotus Esprit, which was over 25 years long, built until 2003.

History

The first public presentation of the car took place at the British Motor Show in London on 22 July 2008. The Evora is the first new development of lotus named after the Lotus Elise in 1996.
