Loudenvielle

Loudenvielle is a commune with 261 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011 ) in the department of Hautes -Pyrénées in the Midi-Pyrénées region. It belongs administratively to the district Bagneres- de -Bigorre and Canton Bordères -Louron.

Geography

The municipality is located in the historical county of Bigorre, in the Pays d' Aure.

The municipal seat is located at Lac de Génos - Loudenvielle, which is drained by the river Lastie, which opens at Arreau in the nest you Louron. History

On November 15, 1504 Seigneur de Montespan confirmed the municipal law of the two communities Loudenvielle and Armenteule. 1806 Loudenvielle was again merged with Aranvielle. In 1975, the Lac de Génos - Loudenvielle was opened.
