Louis Béroud

Louis Béroud ( born January 17, 1852 in Lyon, † 1930 in Paris) was a French painter of symbolism.

He came to Paris in 1861, joined the workshop of Levastre and Gourdel at the age of 15 years and later took lessons from Léon Bonnat. In the Paris Salon he exhibited for the first time from the year 1873.
