Louis Bullock

Louis Herbert Bullock Jr. ( also Sweet Lou, born May 20, 1976 in Washington ) is a former American professional basketball player. Bullock plays since 2002 in the Spanish ACB League and won with Real Madrid, the Spanish Cup twice, as well as the 2007 European club competition ULEB Cup. End of the season 2011/12 he made a comeback with Asefa Estudiantes of Madrid and then ended his career.

Career

Louis Bullock began his career at the University of Michigan. He brought it in four seasons in the Big Ten Conference of the NCAA to numerous records, his 339 three-point goals and his free throw rate of 86.9 % was not set until today. When NBA Draft 1999, he was finally obliged by the Minnesota Timberwolves (No. 42). Although he had a good name in the United States, he decided to move to Europe one.

In the Lega Basket Serie A he played two seasons for Muller Verona ( 1999-01 ) and then another for Adecco Milano, where he reached an average of 24.9 points and 2.7 assists per game.

In 2001 he transferred to the Spanish ACB CB Málaga, two years later to Real Madrid. With the latter he won the 2004/05 Spanish Cup and was also elected as the MVP of the finals series. In the season 2006/2007 he again won the title in the ACB League and the ULEB Cup. Due to lack of success in the 2009/2010 season, his contract was not renewed in the summer of 2010 on the part of the association. Thus his stay at Real Madrid ended after six years. He then signed a contract running until 2011 at Cajasol. In April 2012, he was the first class since 1956 and threatened with relegation traditional club CB Estudiantes, madrilenischer local rivals Real help the league.
