Louis Dreyfus Group

The Louis Dreyfus Group is a French, a private conglomerate headquartered in Paris. The company is in the agricultural sector (including citrus fruits, sugar, coffee, cotton ), metal and energy sectors, shipbuilding, and in the real estate market. The company was founded by Léopold Louis -Dreyfus and later led by Pierre Louis -Dreyfus.

2006, the group was led by the Financial Times ranked the list of 111 largest non- listed companies in Europe.

2007, the shipping division was spun off as Louis Dreyfus Armateurs.
