Louis Ducatel

Louis Ducatel ( born March 13, 1902 in Frévent, Pas -de- Calais, † June 28, 1999 ) was a French businessman, politician and artist.

Life

He gained public fame through his participation in the presidential election in 1969. Then he ran as an independent candidate and party came across the country to 1.27 percent of the vote.
