Louis, King of Sicily

Ludwig ( Lodovico ) (* 1337 in Catania, † October 16, 1355 in Iacchi ), from the House Barcelona - Aragon, was from 1342 to 1355 King of Sicily.

Life

Louis was the eldest son of King Peter II of Sicily from the House of Aragon and his wife Elisabeth of Carinthia. He was a 5 -year-old in 1342 proclaimed after the death of his father the king, and crowned on September 8, 1342 in Messina.
