Louise Lasser

Louise Lasser (* April 11, 1939 in New York ) is an American actress.

Life

Lasser was born in New York and grew up in a Jewish home. She studied political science at Brandeis University. She was 1966-1969 married to actor and director Woody Allen.

Career

Through marriage with Woody Allen had the opportunity to play along in some of his films and was also on the script for What's Up, Tiger Lily? involved from the year 1966. She was also known for her portrayal of a neurotic housewife in the soap Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman, which ran from 1976 to 1977, 5 days a week. In 1978, she was with Charles Grodin in the TV movie " Just me and you " (Just me and you ) to see which based on a screenplay from her. In 1999, she was still playing in the movie Mystery Men. The following year saw a role in Requiem for a Dream.
