Louxing District

The municipality Louxing (娄星 区, Louxing Qū ) is a municipality of the prefecture-level city of Loudi in the center of China's Hunan Province. The municipality has an area of ​​426 square kilometers and counts 410,000 inhabitants (2003 ). He is the center and seat of government of Loudi.
