Low Moor is a small town ( with a status of "City" ) in Clinton County in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Iowa. In 2010, Low Moor had 288 inhabitants.

Geography

Low Moor is located in the southeast of Clinton County at 41 ° 48'06 " north latitude and 90 ° 21'17 " west longitude and extending over 1.2 km ². The place is located 5 kilometers west of the Mississippi River, which forms the border with Illinois. The border with Wisconsin is located about 100 km north. Low Moor is the only independent municipality in Eden Township.
