LTU Austria

LTU Austria (legally LTU Billa Lufttransport Unternehmen GmbH, last Flynext ) was an Austrian charter airline based in Vienna.

History

LTU Austria was signed in Vienna together from Düsseldorf's LTU and the Austrian food retailer Billa ( the as well as LTU Rewe Group is one ) founded in 2004, but remained after the sale of LTU Air Berlin owned by the INTRO Aviation GmbH (55%) and Marbach participation and Consulting GmbH ( 45%). With the entry of the dba principal owner Hans Rudolf Wöhrl at LTU on 17 February 2006 took over his holding company intro LTU Billa Lufttransport Unternehmen GmbH is 100%, which operated since then under the name Flynext.
