Lu Su

Lu Su ( * 172, † 217 ) was an advisor to the Wu Kingdom during the Three Kingdoms in ancient China.

He had taken over this position from Zhou Yu. During the Battle of Chibi, he served as his closest advisor and joined the armies of Shu and Wu.

In the year 210 Lu Su Zhou Yu's death was due to commander of Sun Quan's armies and was until his death the chief consultant. His successor was Lu Meng. Lu Su knew that diplomatic Beiziehungen between Shu and Wu would be advantageous. He respected Zhuge Liang much, even though his predecessor, Zhou Yu had looked at him as a great threat.
