The river Luan He and Luan River (滦 河, Luan Hé ) is a river in the northeastern Chinese province of Hebei. It is 833 km long. From its source in Hebei Province, it flows first north to Inner Mongolia and then southeast back to Hebei. It flows between the circles Laoting and Changli in the Gulf of Bohai ( Bo Hai ). Are the reservoirs of Panjiakou ( Panjiakou Shiku潘家 口 水库) and Daheiting ( Daheiting Shiku大 黑 汀 水库) between the cities of Chengde and Qianxi.
