Luca Turilli
Luca Turilli ( born March 5, 1972 in Trieste, Italy ) is an Italian composer, musician and producer. He is co-founder of the band Rhapsody of Fire, and co-founder, keyboardist and composer Luca Turilli of the band 's Dream Quest. In addition, he has released solo albums under his own name. After leaving Rhapsody of Fire, he founded the band Luca Turilli 's Rhapsody.
Biography
From his father, who played as a freelance artist in orchestras, Turilli was confronted very early on with classical music and studied piano, flute and guitar. His great role models in the classical music form claims to Antonio Vivaldi, Niccolò Paganini and Johann Sebastian Bach. In addition, he has developed his passion for film scores.
In 1993 he founded the band Thunder Cross, but after the publication of their first demo Land of Immortals renamed to Rhapsody and since July 2006 has the name Rhapsody of Fire. He was a guitarist and composer. After the first five albums as well as several very successful tours in Europe, Asia and Latin America, Turilli began work on a solo project.
In September 1999, he released his first solo album, King of the Nordic Twilight, which forms the foundation of the imagined by him Cosmic Vision trilogy. Singer of the project was Olaf Hayer, bassist Sascha Paeth was. In 2002 the second album Prophet of the Last Eclipse was released, 2006, the third album The Infinite Wonders of Creation.
In 2006, Luca Turilli Luca Turilli 's DreamQuest with formed a new band, with which he pursues a new style. Dream Quest is more under the influence of electronic elements, the vocal part takes on a mezzo- soprano, while Turilli plays keyboards and other keyboard instruments in the first place. The debut album Lost Horizons was released in 2006.
2011 left Turilli Rhapsody of Fire after the publication of the ninth studio album on a friendly level and founded, together with some other band members Luca Turilli 's Rhapsody. In this context, he explained his two previous solo projects completed.
Since 2013 Turilli has also worked as a music producer with his own company Luca Turilli Music Productions, which offers composition, songwriting and arrangements for the genres of pop, rock, folk, electronic and symphonic as well as for the entertainment industry ( video games, and others).
