Lucas Monteverde

Lucas Monteverde (born 18 December 1976) is an Argentine professional polo player, who reached a handicap of 10.

Life

Lucas Monteverde grew up near the town of 25 de Mayo ( Buenos Aires Province ) on the Estancia El Rincón. The farm was run by his father and his uncle Marcelo Lucas Monteverde, a successful coach in the sport of polo. He is married to Argentine Model Loli Lopez and has two children (Lucas and Lola ).

Monteverde plays since his childhood and became a professional polo player when he reached a handicap of 5. He played for teams like La Martina and Ellerstina. In Argentina he played from 2005 to 2010 for La Dolfina Polo Team.
