Lucas Rodrigues Moura da Silva (born 13 August 1992 São Paulo), generally known as Lucas, is a Brazilian footballer who currently is under contract with the French first division side Paris Saint- Germain.

In addition to players like Eron, Case Miro, Alan Patrick, Bernardo, Elkeson, Neto Berola and Neymar he is considered one of the great talents of Brazilian football.

Career

Association

Lucas began his career in the youth of Sao Paulo in 2005., Where he won in 2010 with the A- youth the Copa São Paulo de Futebol Júnior. In the same year moved to the offensive player in the squad of the first team of the FCSP. There, Lucas quickly won a starting berth and played in the foreground.

On August 8, 2012, the French first division side Paris Saint- Germain announced the signing of Lucas on January 1, 2013. He signed a contract for four and a half years until 30 June 2017.

National

Lucas was junior national team of Brazil. With the U -20 in the country, the midfielder took part in the South American Championship 2011. In the new possible roles of the first group phase and the final season, Lucas was the only player besides Alex Sandro and Oscar to operations in every encounter, which stood in eight games in the starting lineup. The Brazilian youth team completed this championship from the winner. Behind team-mate Neymar Lucas was also second best scorer with four goals of his team.
