Lucire

Lucire is a fashion magazine that is represented on the internet since 1997.

It is published from New Zealand, which also resulted in a monthly print edition in 2004. It is one of the few providers of this division, the beginning then in the print segment were active on the Internet. Simone Knol edited the Web edition, Summer Rayne Oakes, the printed output. A portion of the proceeds will be used for charitable purposes, including for tsunami victims.

As you look for the name " Lucire " decided that no deeper meaning was intended; later the editors learned that it is a " sparkle " to an old Romanian name with the meaning, and that they also have a similar word in Spanish ( " excel ") returns.

Since May 2005 there is a Romanian print edition, which is overseen by Mirella and Valentin Lapusca. Even spending on other countries are planned.
