Lucius Tullus Volcacius ( * before 108 BC; † after 49 BC) was a Roman politician during the 1st century BC

Life

Volcacius was in the year 66 BC Manius Aemilius Lepidus together with ordinary consul. He prevented in this office the application Lucius Sergius Catiline for the consulship for 65 BC, and suppressed its first conspiracy. In the year 56 BC he introduced in the Senate the request, Pompey to designate, in the Egyptian King Ptolemy XII. to help on the throne again.
