Ludwig Bussler

Ludwig Bussler (* November 26, 1838; † January 28, 1900 ) was a German musicologist.

Bussler taught at the Stern Conservatory in Berlin, where he was a teacher of Bruno Walter among others. He wrote several music education journals that saw numerous reprints up in the middle of the twentieth century. His musical morphology also appeared in the USA in the translation by John Henry Cornell.
