Luigi Arienti

Luigi Arienti ( born January 6, 1937 in San Carlo di Desio ) is an Italian former racing cyclist.

At the Olympic Games in Rome in 1960 was Luigi Arienti with the Italian train of four Olympic gold medalist in the team pursuit, together with Marino Vigna, Franco Testa and Mario Vallotto. He then moved on to the pros and was five times Italian vice-champion in the individual pursuit. He also started in road racing and Six Days, but without much success. In 1972 he ended his cycling career.
