Luigi Faure

Luigi Faure ( * 1901, † September 5, 1974 ) was an Italian ski jumper.

Faure 1924 won its first Italian championship title. In the same year he took part in the Winter Olympics in Chamonix, reaching the normal hill with jumps of 33.5 and 34 meters the 17th Place. 1925 and 1926 he again won the Italian league title before 1927 behind Domenico Patterlini won the silver medal.

In the 1940s, Faure founded in his home town of Sauze d' Oulx, the company Faure sport, which still exists today.
